Diane was an excellent realtor and went above and beyond what we would have expected.  She kept us up to date on the progress of the home being built since we lived in the east and couldn't visit. She took pictures and emailed them to us. Worked with the builder and answered our many questions. The one thing we appreciated was after we told her what we wanted to pay for a house she focused on that amount and didn't try to push us towards higher priced homes.  I would definitely recommend diane to others looking for a home in this area.  She was also very friendly and comfortable to be around.  Made our house hunting venture an enjoyable one.

Diane helped in all areas of getting the house ready to show and showing the house as I had requested. This was a labor intensive prep and sale due to the condition the house was left in by my ex-daughter-in-law and my son in Saudi Arabia.  She held my hand and explained what was happening every step of the way.  My son and I could not be happier with all aspects of the sale.
